About the opportunity
Due to continued growth in the firm’s commercial practice they are currently seeking an experienced commercial and property lawyer to work in our Moree and Narrabri offices.
The role includes all aspects of high-end rural property transactions, financing and structuring transactions, commercial and contractual issues, business sales/purchases and property development. Applicants must have experience in these areas.
Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.

2018 / 2019 Summer Clerkship – Webb & Boland Lawyers

Applications are invited for our annual summer clerkship program.
Our summer clerkship position is based primarily in the Moree office and runs during the university Christmas holiday period of December through February. The successful applicant will gain invaluable experience throughout all of our practice areas including property, general commercial, water law, agribusiness, estate planning and litigation. The position can be counted as part of the PLT requirements in accordance with College of Law guidelines.
A number of past summer clerks have later returned to the firm as graduates and are now invaluable solicitor members of our team. This is a paid position and the successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with the Graduate-at-law Modern Award.
Applications close on 1 July 2018, to be considered your application must include the following;
- A current Academic Transcript;
- Your current resume;
- A covering letter outlining the reasons why you wish to apply for the position. You should also include details of any extra-curricular activities that you are involved in such as sporting clubs, student associations and /or college associations.
- You will also need to hold a current driver’s licence as occasional travel may be required.
Please note that preference will be given to students in their fourth or fifth year of studies.
